The West End Cultural Centre (WECC) has been a cornerstone of Winnipeg's arts community since 1987. Established by a group of passionate founders and volunteers, WECC transformed an old church into a thriving venue for live music and artistic expression.
Located on Treaty 1 land, we prioritize community engagement and support for Indigenous musicians, acknowledging our responsibility to foster reconciliation through the arts. WECC not only hosts powerful performances but also serves as a gathering place for art lovers, nurturing local talent and vibrancy in Winnipeg.
